My daughter's carpet was a bit of a disaster due to her 2 year old makeup skills and a naughty dog, but Paul made it look fabulous. Both our bedrooms are clean and smell great, and Paul even gave me tips on getting pet odor out of my big couch (which has been cleaned a few times by pros who not only didn't fix the smell, but didn't seem to use anything to kill bacteria in the foam either). He was in and out quickly and was here exactly on time for the appointment. I will be calling Paul again in a couple months to do our move out clean; thanks Paul!

I got a quote from Zerorez for $645. I turned to Yelp and I'm glad I did! Phoenix Carpet and Upholstery was closest to my house and had good reviews. Paul quoted me $370 to clean the exact same items! (3 bedrooms, sofa, loveseat and recliner, and my SUV's carpet). He then offered to clean my leather seats, and I was amazed at how clean they got considering I've tried cleaning them myself a couple times and it didn't make a difference. Paul showed up exactly on time, was so nice and professional, and provided quality work. He also removed a pet stain that Zerorez didn't get out last time! If your carpets need attention, Better Call Paul! He deserves your business.

Great service! Paul responded right away, gave me a great price for the one room I needed. I called many places in the Phoenix area and everyone was way over my budget for just a section of a master bedroom. Very happy with the service with a flexible schedule, he fit me in the next day.
